Do your products contain nuts?

All products at Dark Horse Hollow Apothecary are produced in our facility and may contain tree nuts. Please be aware of this if you have any allergies or sensitivities to nuts.

What are your Enchanted Elixir ingredients?

Our Enchanted Elixirs are carefully crafted with a nourishing blend of sunflower oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, and a touch of fragrance. (*May also contain Camelina Oil.)

What are the Supernatural Body Butter ingredients?

Our luxurious Supernatural Body Butters are crafted with nourishing shea butter, hydrating jojoba oil, silky arrowroot powder, vitamin E oil for added care, a touch of mica for a subtle glow, and are delicately scented with premium fragrance oils.

 

What should I do if my body butter melts during shipping?

Allow it to solidify naturally at room temperature, keeping it away from direct sunlight or windows. Once solidified, it can be easily scooped out and re-whipped. ❤️

How long do body butters last?

Our Supernatural Body Butters are crafted with 100% natural ingredients and contain absolutely no added preservatives. As a result, they maintain their quality for up to one year.

When Will My Order Ship?

Order processing refers to the time required to prepare your order. This typically takes 4-7 business days. Shipping, on the other hand, is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to your doorstep, which usually takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Is it possible to update my address after checkout??

Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout, including any apartment or suite numbers, as well as the accurate house/street number and zip code. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will be automatically canceled and returned to our website for repurchase. We can no longer guarantee address corrections after an order is placed, so double-check your information before completing your purchase. If your order is canceled due to an incorrect address, you may repurchase the item(s) once they are relisted on the site, but please note that we cannot hold items for you. Additionally, once an order begins processing, we may not catch any emails regarding address errors. If your package is sent to the wrong location, you will need to contact USPS directly to request a package intercept. Thank you for understanding!
